1. Eligibility & Entry: The Reality TV Bachelorette Pilot Casting Call (the "Program") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and are actively planning a wedding and bachelorette event. By submitting an application via the Reel Love Films casting form, applicants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to apply or be selected for the Grand Prize.
2. The Grand Prize (The Pilot Episode) One (1) applicant per month will be selected to receive a Reality TV-style Bachelorette production shoot. The Grand Prize includes: Up to 1-3 days on-location filming by a one-man Reel Love Films cinematic crew. (Days filmed will be subject to crew availability.) Sit-down, mic'd "confessional" interviews with the bride and select bridal party members. One (1) professionally edited bachelorette party recap video. The Grand Prize holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
3. Travel, Lodging, & Location Clause: To maintain the highest level of production value, the following geographic terms apply to the Grand Prize winner:
Florida Events: If the selected Bachelorette event takes place within the state of Florida, Reel Love Films will cover 100% of the crew's travel and lodging expenses.
Out-of-State Events: If the selected Bachelorette event takes place outside the state of Florida, the Grand Prize production and editing remain 100% free; however, the winning party is responsible for covering reasonable travel accommodations (one standard domestic round-trip flight arriving one day before filming begins and departing one day after filming ends. As well as standard hotel lodging with check in beginning one day before scheduled filming and checkout being one day after filming ends) for the one-man crew.
4. Consolation Offers & Casting Credits: Applicants not selected for the monthly Grand Prize may be offered a promotional Casting Credit (e.g., a $750 Collection Credit or a waived bachelorette production fee with the purchase of a Reality TV Wedding Package). These promotional offers are valid only for the timeframe specified in the official offer email (typically 72 hours). Credits hold no cash value, cannot be applied to past bookings, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. Redemption of a Casting Credit requires the execution of a standard Reel Love Films wedding contract and the payment of a required date-reservation retainer.
5. Media Release & Intellectual Property: By participating in the Program and being filmed, the winning bride and all attending bridal party members grant Reel Love Films LLC the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to use, publish, and broadcast the resulting video footage, audio, and images for portfolio, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes across all media platforms (including social media, website, and digital advertisements). Reel Love Films retains full copyright ownership of all unedited RAW files and final edited films.
6. Liability & Cancellations: Reel Love Films is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays regarding the applicant's bachelorette event. If the winning event is canceled or rescheduled to a date where the Reel Love Films crew is unavailable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate applicant at the studio's sole discretion. Reel Love Films assumes no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the bachelorette event.
7. Selection Process: Winners are selected at the sole discretion of the Reel Love Films executive team based on application criteria, event logistics, and brand alignment. Reel Love Films reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
